Due to the size of the project, three zones were considered:

• • Production area (main production hall).
  • Raw materials warehouse area (raw materials warehouse) – finished products warehouse (patio With metal structure and light cover).
  • Administration and services area (administrative building).
  • All surrounded by road and pedestrian traffic.
  • Mixed structure: metal and reinforced concrete, includes structural, electrical, sanitary, air conditioning, fire protection, INDECI design.
  • Total land area: 47,000 m2.
  • Covered area: 15,000 m2.
