Planning, promotion, design, organization and community training, works supervision, monitoring, evaluation and adjustment. Aimed at 142 human settlements in five districts of the Southern Cone of Lima; 45,000 inhabitants and 7,300 lots. Very low financial resources. Coordinated work of the technical-social component, with the active participation of the population, which approves the condominium system with a minimum participation of 80% to ensure the sustainability of the project.

• 72 km of drainage networks.
• Condominium system (55% of the cost of the conventional system) with pipes from 25 to 150 mm for water networks, and from 100 to 200 mm for drainage networks.
