Refinement of the Metro Network model for the development of the 5 lines of the future network, determining the route plan, its technical characteristics and determining the type of track: elevated viaduct, surface, covered trench, tunnel; as well as the elevated and underground stations and their integration with the transport network and modal interchange.

Preliminary project for the civil, electromechanical and rolling stock works of the Atocongo – Downtown Lima section (30 km).

Development of the institutional framework for the administration and operation of the metro network, defining the institutional aspects and the economic-financial analysis of the operation of Line 1, as well as the formulation of the bases for the bidding for the construction, equipment and operation of the section and its concession. Update of the integral study of the Lima metro network, in 2010.
